Tobacco Education and Cessation Classes
are available for youth and adults and vary in length. These classes offer an opportunity for help in quitting for those already addicted.

You Can Quit Tobacco!!!
Breathe Free is a five (5) session smoking cessation program sponsored by Grand Island Hy-Vee and the Seventh Day Adventist Church. It provides the tools and support to successfully become smoke-free.

Please stop by our office and pick up a Quit Kit, they are full of information for tobacco users who are ready to quit, thinking about quitting or for individuals who has a tobacco user in their life and would like more information about how to help them. The Quit Kits are available in English and Spanish for Smokers and Chewers. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
